Welcome to ICAS Botswana

StephenGallianoIt is with great excitement that we announce the official launch of ICAS Botswana. This new development has been some months in the planning and finally together with our dedicated Botswana team we are ready to launch our new partnership and locally serviced in-country operation.
ICAS Botswana becomes the newest African partner of ICAS International, a global provider of employee assistance and wellness services established in 1987. ICAS International is already present in 59 countries around the world (including South Africa, Kenya and Mozambique) through its subsidiary and joint venture operations and provides support to 2500 corporate clients and over 3 million employees and family members.
GO Corporate wellness Solutions has been working with the ICAS South Africa office since 2008 and over the years we have built a strong working relationship with them. Although ICAS has been running Employee Wellness Programmes (EWP) for many multinational organisations in Botswana since 2006 we have become increasingly aware that providing support services from South Africa has its challenges and limitations. With the increase in demand for local programmes in Botswana we have for some time been exploring ways to bring the highly innovative and successful programmes offered by ICAS worldwide effectively and directly to local organisations. It was this thinking together with GO’s extensive experience in localising products and services and its understanding of the unique challenges facing organisations and their people in Botswana that has lead us to redefining our collaboration with GO Wellness who have now become our ICAS Botswana partner.
This means that ICAS Botswana will have full access to all ICAS support, products, services and research both from our regional and international offices. Annual global conferences are held to explore new developments and to bring our global team together supporting one another. We will work closely with ICAS Botswana, evaluating progress and ensuring that the quality of the ICAS service is consistent and delivers value to all of our clients. As one of the largest specialised EWP providers internationally we consider ourselves as global market leaders.
We are of the view that taking a reputable and well established business like GO Corporate Wellness Solutions and merging with our highly acclaimed wellness programmes will foster a highly dynamic organisation able to offer the most progressive, well researched, well established Employee Wellness Programmes available in the country.
